Refund policy
Digital products
CROSHIKO currently sells downloadable digital products, such as crochet patterns. Nothing is physically shipped unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from a contract for digital content.
If you choose to receive immediate access to a digital product during this period, expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately, and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal right ends when delivery of the digital content begins.
This does not affect your rights if the digital product is defective, incorrect or not delivered as promised.
Before digital delivery begins
If delivery has not yet begun and you have an applicable right of withdrawal, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase using the electronic withdrawal function provided with your order.
Defective, incorrect or missing downloads
If a file is defective, incomplete, materially different from its description, or cannot be downloaded, please contact us through https://croshiko.com/pages/contact and include your order number and a description of the problem.
We will first try to correct the problem or provide a working replacement within a reasonable time and without additional cost. If that is impossible, unreasonable, or the problem cannot be corrected, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under applicable consumer law.
Change of mind after delivery
Once digital delivery has begun following valid consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally provide refunds merely because you changed your mind, no longer want the pattern, or purchased the wrong pattern.
If you accidentally purchase the same pattern more than once, please contact us. We will review duplicate purchases individually.
Free downloads
Free patterns have no purchase price to refund. If a free file is defective, incomplete or unavailable, please contact us and we will try to provide a corrected or replacement file.
Processing refunds
When a refund is due, it will be returned using the original payment method. Refunds required following a valid withdrawal will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal request. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
