These Terms of Service apply when you use croshiko.com or purchase or download a product from CROSHIKO. CROSHIKO is operated by webzy Oy, a company registered in Finland.

2. Products

CROSHIKO currently sells and provides downloadable digital products, such as crochet patterns. Nothing is physically shipped unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

The product page describes the main features of each product, including the file format, language, skill level and any materials or tools required where relevant. Please review this information before ordering.

3. Orders and formation of the contract

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected product under these terms. The contract is concluded when CROSHIKO sends an order confirmation.

We may cancel an order before delivery if payment cannot be authorised, the product is unavailable, the displayed price contains an obvious error, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros unless the store clearly displays another currency. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown before you place the order.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. CROSHIKO does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

5. Digital delivery

Paid digital products are normally made available after payment has been confirmed. Delivery may be provided through the order confirmation page, a download link, email or another delivery method stated during checkout.

You are responsible for providing a working email address and for having a device and software capable of opening the file format stated on the product page.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers in the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts concerning digital content.

If you expressly consent to delivery beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal when delivery begins, the withdrawal right ends when the digital content becomes available to you. If the required consent or acknowledgement has not been obtained, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

7. Defective, incorrect or missing digital content

Digital products must match their description and meet the requirements of applicable consumer law. If a file is defective, incomplete, incorrect or not delivered, please contact us and include your order number and a description of the problem.

We will first try to correct the problem or provide a working replacement within a reasonable time and without additional cost. If that is impossible, unreasonable or unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a price reduction, cancellation or refund under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

8. Pattern licence and intellectual property

CROSHIKO patterns, photographs, text, illustrations, charts and other original content are protected by copyright.

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing or downloading a pattern gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it. You may make items for yourself, as gifts, or for small-scale sale as finished handmade items.

You may not share, reproduce, resell, publish, translate or redistribute the pattern or its files, in whole or in part. You may not present the pattern itself as your own work. This restriction applies to both paid and free patterns.

9. Customer accounts

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for the activity carried out through your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

10. Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify. Payments, digital delivery and other features may be provided by Shopify or other service providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply to the services they provide.

Your purchase contract remains between you and webzy Oy, trading as CROSHIKO.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law. Otherwise, CROSHIKO is responsible for defects, delays and losses as provided by applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products, services or legal obligations change. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved, consumers may contact the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority's Consumer Advisory Services at https://www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-affairs/consumer-advisory-services/.

A consumer may also refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board at https://www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/. The consumer should first contact the Consumer Advisory Services.
